Parent & Toddler Activity Program on Weekends (SAT-SUN)
A fun and interactive weekend program designed to strengthen the parent-child bond while improving movement, confidence, and overall fitness for both toddlers and parents.
Parenthood is beautiful, but finding quality time that is healthy, screen-free, and engaging for both you and your toddler can be challenging.
Our Toddler + Parent Fitness Activity Program gives you the perfect opportunity to spend meaningful time together while staying active.
For 60 minutes every weekend, you and your little one can step away from phones, televisions, and daily routines and enjoy a fun-filled hour of movement, music, laughter, learning, and unforgettable memories.
Every session is carefully planned to keep both toddlers and parents active, engaged, and excited to come back every weekend.

Beam walks, stepping stones, and obstacle tasks designed to improve focus and stability for toddlers.

New themed course every week! Crawling, climbing, jumping, and problem-solving all in one.

This program is designed for toddlers aged 1.5 to 4 years and parents. If your child can walk, run, and follow simple instructions, they’re ready to join. No previous gymnastics or fitness experience is required.
Yes. This is a Parent & Toddler Fitness Program, so one parent or guardian actively participates alongside the child throughout the session. The activities are designed to strengthen your bond while making fitness fun for both of you.
We recommend wearing comfortable sportswear and closed-toe athletic shoes (or following the studio’s footwear guidelines). All gymnastics equipment and activity materials are provided by the studio.
