We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or participation if we believe the safety or well-being of participants could be at risk.

2. Class Attendance and Behavior

Please arrive on time and inform us in advance if you cannot attend a scheduled class.
Respect instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.
Follow all safety instructions provided by our trainers.

3. Payment and Fees

Class fees may or may not be specified on our website. It should be communicated during registration.
Payments must be completed prior to the start of the class or as agreed.
We accept payments via authorized payment gateways or in-person at our facility.
Fees are non-refundable except as specified below.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your enrollment with at least 48 hours notice to be eligible for a refund or credit.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, you will be offered a refund or alternative class.

5. Health and Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before enrolling.
Participation is at your own risk. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any physical activity.
Suraj Gymnastics & Fitness is not liable for injuries or accidents during classes, except in cases of proven negligence.

6. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to classes or our premises.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and videos, are the property of Suraj Gymnastics & Fitness and are protected by copyright laws.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.
